The Board - The Board is made up of Directors who over see the activities of PMCF and act as Trustees for the Charity. The Directors come from a variety of backgrounds to ensure that a good range of skills is available to the programme. What they have in common is a desire to see improvements made on Plas Madoc. The Directors are unpaid for their work.

Miriam Beard is the Co-ordinator of PMCF and is responsible for the management of the Communities First Programme, its staff and the day to day running of PMCF.
The Staff team works on behalf of the community of Plas Madoc to implement the Communities First Programme. They cover a range of different roles, which are outlined on the contacts page.
As well as being strongly represented on both the Board and the Staff of PMCF, the community is able to take direct involvement in the Programme through membership of the Sub Groups. The mix of partners is one third community members, one third statutory agencies (such as the local council, health authority and the police), and one third representatives from voluntary organisations and business. The staff of PMCF manage the partner relationships. The Sub Groups are where issues are raised and solutions are proposed, in effect the "engine room" of PMCF. The PMCF Sub Groups are as follows:
Jobs & Businesses
Environment
Community Safety
Health & Wellbeing
Active Communities
Education & Training
Children & Young People
OAPs
People with a disability, Sensory Impairment or Mental Health Issues
